You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has APPROVED the application by Edward J. and Margit H. Colburn, 15 Woods Lane, New Boston, NH, for a Special Exception from Section III.I.E.3, 25-foot wetlands buffer, of the Zoning Ordinance of the town of Greenfield. Subject to the finding of the Greenfield Zoning Board of Adjustment stated below.
To protect the town of Greenfield’s investment in New Boston Road, integrity of the wetlands, and future landowners interest. The ZBA requires the following.
1. A culvert of sufficient size and capacity to accommodate the maximum flow along New Boston Road, to be determined by the town of Greenfield.
2. A depression in the driveway surface located at the wetlands centerline below grade of New Boston Road to allow water flow over driveway in case of failure of above culvert. Size and configuration to be determined by the town of Greenfield.
