Case 04-2
Board reconvenes at the Colburn Subdivision site for the site walk. Present were Kevin O’Connell, Roger Phelps, Dale Sanford, and John Gryval. Kevin states that he received an e-mail from Margit Coburn informing the board that Mr. Murray would not be able to make the site walk as previously stated. The board members make their observations, go back to the Town Offices, and reconvene case 04-2; the Colburn subdivision hearing, at 8:50.
Board notes that Dan Dineen is not present leaving three members to decide the case, John states he’ll be watching as he wasn’t there on Tuesday night.
The board discusses the pertinent facts and decides to draw up their proposed requirements for granting of a special exception.
Motion is made to grant a special exception for the wetland buffer encroachment, and is seconded. Board motions to accept, and votes in the affirmative unanimously.
Roger accepts motion to adjourn, it’s seconded and passed at 9:30.
