Case 03-6

You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has DENIED the application by C&M Family Homes LLC, P.O. Box 202, Hollis, NH, for Equitable Waiver of Dimensional Requirements from Section III G-3 of the zoning ordinance.

Reason for Denial;

The applicant did not meet all four of the criteria for granting a waiver under the guidelines set forth in RSA 674:33-a
