The Town of Greenfield, New Hampshire
Zoning Board Minutes 11/04/03
Zoning Board of Adjustment
Meeting Minutes
November 4, 2003

Meeting  opens at 7:00 pm
In attendance; Roger Phelps, John Gryval, Dale Sanford, Kevin O’Connell, and Daniel Dineen (late arrival.)

Board heard minutes from October 21, 2003 meeting and accepts minutes as read. Board reads mail.

Re-hearing of case 03-4, C&M Family Homes, in attendance is Thom Carr; representing Meridian, Darrell Cooper from C&M Family Homes, and his Realtor.

Mr. Carr states to the board that Attorney Michael will not be attending as he has a schedule conflict, and would like to table the rehearing as he (Atty. Michaels) feels that an application for equitable waiver would be the appropriate way for Mr. Cooper to proceed with his case.

John asks the forum for any questions. No questions.

Board discusses that this date was the one requested by Atty. Michael.

John makes motion to table the rehearing until November 25, at the request of Atty. Michaels, Mr. Cooper and Mr. Carr, so as to allow the board to have the chance to hear the application for equitable waiver.

Seconded and passed.

John confirms with Mr. Carr that will forward the equitable waiver request, and that we will send his office meeting notice via certified mail.

John also reminds applicants to make sure ALL information they intend to present is present.

Meeting times and agenda set for next meeting.

Meeting adjourns at 8:30 pm
