You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has DENIED the appeal by C&M Family Homes LLC, P.O. Box 202, Hollis, NH for a Variance from Section III G-3 of the zoning ordinance.
Reason for Denial;
1) No substantial evidence has been presented to the Board that would warrant the board to grant the variance with respect to the spirit of the town ordinance.
2) The applicant failed to provide substantial evidence to show special conditions of the land to cause substantial hardship.
