You are hereby notified that the Board of Adjustment has DENIED the appeal of Diane Boilard, 30 Ice House Lane, Greenfield, NH for a variance from Section III C-3 of the zoning ordinance.
The applicant failed to establish that denial of the variance would result in unnecessary hardship. The Board found that there were reasonable alternatives and that the building should not violate the minimum reduced setback established by the ordinance.
