Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes
Tuesday – July 8, 2008 – 6:00 pm
Present: Chairman, Aaron Kullgren; Selectwoman, Karen Day; Selectman, Jarvis Adams, IV

Call to order: Chairman Kullgren called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm
Appointments:
· RSA 91:A:3 II (a) – Personnel matter
6:00 pm in accordance with RSA 91A:3 II (a) Selectman Kullgren motioned to enter into a non-public session for the purpose of discussing the dismissal, promotion or compensation of a public employee or the disciplining of such employee or the investigation of any charges against him/her unless the employee affected (1) has a right to a meeting, and (2) requests that the meeting be open, in which case the request shall be granted.
Seconded by Selectmen Day & Adams. Voted unanimously in the affirmative
7:15 pm motion by Chairman Kullgren to enter out of the non-public session. Seconded by Selectmen Day & Adams. Voted unanimously in the affirmative
Decision: To adjust Chief Giammarino’s wages by $10,000 – increasing his salary to $65,000 / year pro rated effective July 8, 2008. No discussion followed.
With no further business the meeting adjourned at 7:25 pm.
The next Selectboard meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 6:00 pm.
