· Minutes – Selectmen reviewed and accepted the minutes of 2/1/07as written
· P/R & A/P invoices – Approved Payroll & A/P Invoices
· Letters – Selectmen
· Abatement – V3-3 – Sewer Charges
R3-41 – Court Settlement
On-going matters:
· Budget – Review budget for budget hearing….
· Warrant – Selectmen reviewed the proposed warrant
· Tax Collector Job description – This will be addressed next week
With no further business Selectmen adjourned the meeting at 6:30 pm. At this time the Selectmen moved the meeting to the meeting-house for the budget hearing.
The next scheduled meeting is Thursday, February 15, 2007 at 5:45 pm.
