Appointments:
6:00 – Peter Hopkins – Selectman Dumas requested Hopkins discuss the “mass casualty drill” scheduled for April.
Hopkins explained how this project came to be was the Office of Homeland Security encouraged this type of drill and assures the town will be reimbursed. Discussion and explanation of how reimbursement will take place followed; we purchase items, forward the invoices to homeland security office and they will pay the invoices. All town employees need training to qualify for this grant. The training is to take place on April 15th & 22nd, all employees need to attend the training session. The session office staff needs to attend can be completed on line.
7:15 - Budget Committee – Myron Steer asked if the Selectmen have any change of thoughts about the budget since last week. He further stated that the budget committee has intentions to make suggestions of changes at town meeting, probably amend articles and then have the debate at town meeting. Mr. Steere clarified they might amend warrant articles but not the budget.
Selectman Dumas asked for the budget committees priorities again. Mr. Kullgren provided them.

BCH – discussion followed regarding the upcoming mediation.
Decision: Motion by Selectman Dumas to authorize Selectman Rainier to negotiate a PILOT with the BCH Center, keeping the best interest of the town in mind. Seconded by Selectman Brooks. Voted Affirmatively
Selectman Dumas discussed the recent meeting with the Selectmen’s Advisory Committee he further discussed Conval School District is considering a new provider for the health insurances.
With no further business, meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m. The next scheduled Selectmen’s Meeting will be Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at 5:45 pm at the Meeting House.
