1. Discussion of memos sent to Budget Committee and BOS last month
a. Report on reviews by recipients (BudCom).
2. Discussion of proposed amendments to BOS budget.
a. Unanimous approval of amending BOS budget to reflect 40 hours for supervisor position and additional 10 hrs/week of part-time labor.
b. Discussion of strategy for presentation at Town Meeting
3. Review of site plan and design.
a. Discussion of strategy for presentation to residents.
