Agenda:
1. Minutes from October 23rd meeting were distributed and approved.
2. Brief discussion of member’s views of BOS reaction to October 26th presentation
3. Discussion of rationale justifying 40 hours for Supervisor
a) 16 hours open for public
i. add 1.5 hours to cover late arrivals
b) 25 hours for sorting, storing, and bailing
c) .6 hours for yard and equipment maintenance (average)
d) Rough total = 47.5 hours without covering certain necessary tasks
4. Review of design and follow-up discussion.
a) Myron to finalize 3d exhibit to be ready for 2007 Town Meeting (hopefully by 2/15/07):
5. TRC members will attend November 16th BOS meeting to discuss supervisor hours.
