MBorden reads the minutes from the October 26, 2009 meeting.
Changes:
Line 40 change town to “City”
Line 78 change “forman” to “foreman”
Moved by BMarshall to accept the minutes as amended, JFletcher seconds, there is no discussion, all in favor, the motion passes.

1. October 31, 2009 Site Inspection Notice from Francestown Planning Board regarding subdivision for property located at 1207 Greenfield Rd, Francestown, NH;
2. November 4, 2009 Public Meeting/Hearing Notice from Town of Marlborough regarding multiple topics;
3. October 2009 SWRPC Commission Highlights
7:15pm Chairman MBorden declares that BMarshall will sit in for MSteere for the duration of the meeting.
7:16pm Planning Board Business
The PB reviews proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance and Site Plan Regulations.
8:33pm PB discusses proposed changes to General Regulations and Definitions with PHopkins, Greenfield CEO.
9:37pm PB discusses proposed Zoning Regulations regarding Special Use Districts and decides to put off this discussion until the next meeting.
9:40pm JAdams moves that the meeting be adjourned, KO’Connell seconds, all in favor, no discussion, the motion passes. The meeting is adjourned.
