Members present are Morris, Adams. Fletcher and Carrara.
Morris reads the minutes from July 28, 2008 meeting. No corrections. Morris moves that the minutes be accepted as present, Fletcher seconds.

Draft of revised subdivision regulations
Carrara would like to schedule a follow up meeting with Carol Ogilvie for Wednesday August 20, 2008 at 7:00 pm to discuss zoning regulation and site plan review possible revisions. Carrara discusses Land Community Heritage Investment Plan (LCHIP) Notice from the Registrar of Deeds new fee of $25.00 as of June 1, 2008. This new fee (separate check) needs to be added to the checklist.
Carrara discusses an email from Catherine Shaw asking about the recent change to zoning industrial overlay voted upon by the town March 2008. The Board discusses which lots would be covered by the changes. The Board thinks that the map does need to be changed however some verbiage regarding the changing of zone bounds needs to be added to the zoning ordinance.
Brooke Leasing update. One inspection has occurred. SFC has tested the aggregate material and all has passed.
The Board reviews the draft of the subdivision and driveway regulation revisions. The Board still must review Appendix B and C before next Wed.
Carrara schedules O’Donnell major subdivision for 7:30 pm on September 8, 2008. Labels and telephone numbers are not included in the package. Don Duvall is the surveyor. Carrara will contact Duvall.
Adams moves to adjourn. Morris seconds. All in favor. The meeting is adjourned at 10:00 pm.
