Meeting Minutes for June 19th, 2006
Start of Meeting
The meeting started at 7:30 pm with members Borden, Carrara, Fletcher, Halper, Morris, O’Connell, Rainier and alternate member Pennoyer in attendance.
CIP Update
Member Halper gave everyone a handout with the updated project schedule for the CIP review. Marilyn said she would review the relevant sections of the Master Plan.
Consultant Bruce Mayberry
Mr. Mayberry talked with the Board about impact fees and exactions.
Other Meetings
The Board will meet July 7th at 7 pm, a Friday, to provide needed time to schedule public hearings for applications the Board has recently received. Also, the Board will meet June 22, a Thursday, for a public hearing for cutting trees on Muzzey Hill Road.
