Start of Meeting
The meeting started at 8:05 am with member Halper, member O’Connell, member Carrara, and alternate member Morris in attendance. Alternate member Morris was designated to act in member Fletchers place.
This meeting was a site walk relating to the Minor Subdivision Plan for the property of Glenn S. Nutting at 38 Schoolhouse Road, tax reference map R-9, lot 44. Dennis McKenney and Glenn Nutting were present to represent the applicant.
The group walked the lot and noted proposed driveway cuts and dwellings within one hundred (100) feet of the lot.
