Minutes of the 9/08/04 Working Meeting of the Greenfield Planning Board
The meeting opened at 7:30 p.m. with members Cernota, Kavenagh, Marshall, O’Connell and Rainier in attendance. Due to health reasons Mike dropped off papers for the meeting and left. Bob Marshall chaired the meeting.
We are almost ready for hearings on some items. Each member present received a copy of the Lot Dimensioning draft and the steep slopes draft which are to be read and marked up for the next meeting. The Land Subdivision Regulations are almost ready to put on the web.
The board decided that we will hold a hearing on 9/27 for steep slopes and wetlands district changes for the Zoning Regulations in preparation for presenting them on the November ballot (11/02). The changes to the Subdivision Regulations will have a hearing on 10/18 since these do not have to be voted upon by the town but must be discussed at a public hearing. These will include driveway regulations, rules of procedure and lot dimensioning.
Our next meeting will be on 9/13 at 7:00 p.m. We are tentatively changing October meetings due to the October holiday as follows: 10/04 working meeting
