Minutes of the August 16, 2004 Working Meeting of the Greenfield Planning Board
The meeting opened at 7:00 p.m. with members Cernota, Kavenagh, O’Connell and Rainier present.
Mike Kavenagh reported that he had talked with Susan Slack of the NH Municipal Association about backlots. It would be helpful to read NH Planning and Land Use Regulation 674:41.
We started working on the Town of Greenfield Zoning Ordinance on Wetland Conservation District on page 11. We agreed that it would be helpful for the ZBA, the Planning Board and the Conservation Commission to have a joint meeting. Mike will try to set a date for a meeting. He will also try to work up a revised copy of the Wetland Conservation District for the board to review at the next meeting incorporating our comments.
George and Mike will look over the questions that are to be presented to either the NH Municipal Association or the town attorney.
