Minutes of the August 4, 2004 Working Meeting of the Greenfield Planning Board
The meeting opened at 7:30 p.m. with members Cernota, Kavenagh, O’Connell, Rainier and alternate member Pennoyer in attendance. Mike passed out copies of the revised Rules of Procedure for the Greenfield NH Planning Board.
Members began work on updating the subdivision regulations to agree with the new Rules of Procedure. We started with page 4, Section IV. Before we can do much, we need the Subdivision Regulations typed up on the computer in working form. George will talk to the selectmen about getting this done.
The next working meeting will be on August 16th at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
