Board of Adjustment

 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing at the Greenfield Town Office on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at 8:00 pm for Case 10-02, Noel Landriani, 39 Swamp Road, Greenfield Map R4, Lot 37-1, for a variance from Article III, Section E, 3: There shall be between the nearest side of any public highway and the extreme front of any building a yard having a minimum depth of one hundred (100’) feet. There shall be between the side and rear borders of any lot and the nearest part of any building a yard of not less than fifty (50’) feet.
