Special Town Meeting Warrant
To be held December 12, 2009 at 9:00 am at the Town Office.
Article I
To see if the Town of Greenfield will vote to authorize the Selectmen to sell certain parcels of land with the buildings thereon, known as Tax Map V3, Lots 6 and 6A, located at 4 Slip Road and 771 Forest Road, conveyed to the town by Quitclaim Deed, in lieu of tax deed, by Sheldon and Beverly Carbee, and Greenfield Industries, Inc., dated September 24, 2009, and recorded at Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds at Book 8152, Page 1802, upon such terms as the Selectmen may deem in the best interests of the town.
Article II
To see if the Town of Greenfield will vote to adopt the provisions of RSA 41:14-a, giving the Board of Selectmen the authority to acquire or sell land, buildings or both, provided the procedures specified in RSA 41:14-a are followed, said authority to remain in effect until specifically rescinded by the town at any duly warned meeting.
