The Town of Greenfield has taken via tax deed, the property identified as R5-14-1. This property is a 5-acre piece of backland, with frontage in Francestown.
The Francestown Land Trust, also an abutting conservation group, is interested and would like to purchase the property. However, before the Board of Selectmen make a final decision, they would like to offer the public an opportunity to purchase the property from the Town for what was owed in previous taxes, interest & penalties ($7,289.03).
