Joint Meeting
Notice is hereby given that a joint hearing will be held by
the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Adjustment on
Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following case:
ZBA case 05-03
Christine Johnson, 348B Union Street, Peterborough, NH for the following, to be located at 39 Francestown Road on map V-2 lot 8:
1) A special exception to operate a dog training business under Section IV.B, Professional Uses and Customary Home Occupations, of the Greenfield Zoning Ordinance; and
2) A variance from Section IV.B.2.c, number of employees; and
3) A variance from Section IV.B.2.e, parking spaces.
Following the above hearing the Planning Board will conduct a
hearing for a Site Plan Review on the above property if required.
This property is located within the Village District.
