The Stephenson Memorial Library is a rapidly growing yet intimate town library, dedicated to serving the townspeople and their personal needs and literary growth.
Usage of the library is free to all Greenfield residents. Children are issued cards at age 5 or when in kindergarten. There is a $10 non-refundable annual fee for non-residents.
COLLECTION: approximately 16,000 books, 20 titles of periodicals, as well as videotapes, books-on-tape, large print books and a special strength in histories.
MISCELLANEOUS: Annual Book Sale in the Fall, an on-going book sale in the Library, Summer Reading Program, Children's Story Time, Adult Reading Group.
PUBLIC ACCESS COMPUTER TERMINALS: We have 4 new terminals set-up for the public to use. You can do reseach, reports, resumes and more, right at the library. Is your home computer being used by someone else when you need it? Come to the library in our quiet and comfortable atmosphere.
