Minutes of meeting October 27, 2008
7:03 p.m. in kitchen of Town Offices
Members present: Diane Boilard, Candi Fowler, Aaron Harris, Dan Wolaver
Minutes of October 9, 2008 meeting were approved.
Diane got some bids (see attached):
· Cellulose insulation bid from Bragdon
· Wood-pellet boiler bid from Bragdan
· Cellulose insulation bid from Judd (Duquette)
· Thermal imaging bid from Banks
Diane will try to get insulation bids from “Bob of Wilton” and from Quality Insulation of Nashua.
Dan set up a meeting with the BOS for 6:15 p.m. Oct 28 in the Highway Dept building. The TEC will present an updated plan (see attached “Plan 2”) that includes the new insulation bids. We will also give the BOS the “GREENFIELD ENERGY OPTIONS BY COST” that Diane prepared.
