Meeting Minutes
November 25, 2009
Attendees: Roger Lessard, Carol Irvin, Karen Day, Neal Brown
Carol discussed the Fox permit on Sunset Lake with Chris Danforth, the wetlands scientist that Ms. Fox has hired, over the phone. He asked for a short extension until December 4th. This situation has gone on for a long time but once the permit is acquired from the state, we will be able to close this file. It was decided that the Conservation Commission will wait until December 7th and then if the permit has not been filed, the Conversation Commission will write a letter of complaint to DES.
With no further business, we adjourned at 8:30.
