Minutes

Attended: Carol Irvin, Chair; Neal Brown; Karen Day; Roger Lessard
- The Commission discussed preparations for the BlueBerry Jamboree. The Yankee Farmer informed us that if we submit our order much earlier so they could include it with a large order they submit in January of each year, we could get the bushes for less. We also discussed the possibility of selling some type of guide book as a fundraiser.
- Action Taken: We will sell one bush for $20 and two for $35. Roger will bring the tent. Karen will oversee the production of a sign and check with the Toadstool bookstore about purchasing a guidebook for sale. Neal will make copies of the instructions for growing blueberry bushes. Carol will call the state about getting brochures on invasive insects for distribution at the Jamboree.
