Attended: Carol Irvin, Chair; Neal Brown; Karen Day; Roger Lessard
- The Commission discussed the open space project on Old Bennington Road. Given the current economic situation, this project will probably need a new assessment of the value of an easement.
- Action Taken: Carol will contact the parties involved to determine the usefulness of a meeting to get more details.
- The Commission discussed the final preparations for the Roadside Roundup scheduled for April 25, 2009. We discussed how to count bags and note the unusual, how to keep track of which roads had been covered, and how to organize the dinner, presentations, and raffle.
- Action Taken: Carol will man the dumpster in the morning and Roger will in the afternoon. Carol will help the Woman’s club with the setup for the dinner and Roger will run the raffle.
