Meeting of Greenfield, NH Budget Advisory Committee
Meeting opened at 7:00 pm; Closing at 7:42 pm.
Members Present: Chairman, Norman Nickerson, Member, Myron Steere
Discussed general budget issues.
Worked with a member of the Library Trustees in an advisory capacity. Resulting in changes that reduced the Library Budget to a more reasonable level.
BAC is still concerned with the Highway Budget in that it is not complete, and questions remain to be answered.
BAC is concerned that one Police Cruiser needs replacement in early 2011. Budget Advisory Committee recommends and urges the Board of Selectmen to include the purchase of a cruiser on the Town Meeting Warrant.
The BAC will continue to monitor budget changes and be available for consultation with the BOS.
