Order of Business,
Bruce Dodge reappointed Chairman of BAC.
Resignation of Paul Cowled from the BAC accepted.
Recruiting new members for the BAC, 3 new members needed this year. Some possible candidates were mentioned and will be contacted to see if they are interested.
Discussion of the Financial Planning Task Force organized by the selectmen to help steer us out of our current financial crisis but more importantly to plan the course ahead.
To that end the BAC has been tasked with analyzing the Town’s budget from a capital expenditure view, over the past 5 year to 10 years. The BAC was also asked to examine the surrounding towns.
This discussion also included, funding Capital Reserve Funds to what extent. the Pilots for Crochet Mountain Rehab and BCH Center, with a idea to partner with these organization to support the service Greenfield provides Police and Fire and Rescue. How to level the Budget.
Members were given tasks to gather information as son as possible to begin the process. In the past the BAC has divided into sub teams to carry out several tasks at once, our current membership levels does not support this approach this year so we will focus on one task.

All member s were urged to attend the next FOTF meeting on June 18 at 7:pm
