Attending Bruce Dodge, Norman Nickerson, Paul Cowled, Mike Steere
Called to order at 7:12pm
Agenda
1) First order of business was to discuss vacancy on committee and to see if we knew of potential members. A short list was created and the individuals would be contacted.
2) Updated BAC on meeting with Town Departments.
Bruce has meet with both the Library and Park and Rec departments
· There were question about the Library trust funds.
· Library trusties are reorganizing and getting a handle on
The rsa’s that empower the trusties.
· Discussed role of library in town
· Oak Park Comm and how it works with Parks and Rec.
· Oak Park revenues, and where they go.
· % of budget that is Rec vs Parks
Paul had a brief meeting with the Police Department but had not had
A formal review of budget.
No other updates were ready.
3) Budget season starts in Sept.
